A seven-month peace-building campaign engaging community leaders, religious scholars, security agents and political parties ahead of the elections.
We implemented our We Need Peace project from 8 September 2018 to 31 March 2019. Over seven months, we advocated and engaged with community leaders, religious scholars, security agents and political parties on how they could contribute to promoting peace.
In the end, the elections were conducted peacefully, freely and fairly.
